the staff were helpful. the location was convenient.
the room was smaller than i expected. the bathroom was tiny, it was hard to move around. also, i found the breakfast to be quite expensive for what was offered.

a mixed experience
cramped roomlimited french
the room felt quite cramped. i found the lack of space around the bed and closet restrictive. furthermore, the receptionist did not speak french fluently (this was unexpected). finding parking was also a hassle (even though i had a reservation).

fresh croissantscalm space
The breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh croissants. the courtyard provided a calm space away from the busy streets. there was complimentary coffee available all day. the staff assisted with directions to nearby attractions.
the bathroom was a bit small.

the room was very small and i booked a superior one i think. there was no heating in the bathroom it was so cold. the bedroom heating was off when i arrived back each day so it was chilly. location is good but the heating problems were disappointing.

The location was GREAT. the hotel is on a quiet road near the beach! the staff was pleasant. I found the room cute and clean.
I found no proper pillows provided. they were coushin size and had a VERY bad smell! the receptionist did not apologize after i reported this. That was not okay.

the location is quite convenient a short walk takes you to the waterfront. the room provided was moderately spacious which i found useful. the staff was accommodating with requests i made.
the cleanliness posed an issue i found hairs under the bed covers. the furniture was dated i was concerned about bedbugs. space was limited it was difficult to open suitcases except on the bed.
